Apple Cider Vinegar - benefits of use in diet

"Why in the world would anyone think that drinking some Apple Cider Vinegar every day would be beneficial? 

Here are some health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. 

It contains Beta Carotene, Pectin, Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium, Calcium, Phosphorus, and Iron.  It also contains Malic acid for fighting fungal and bacterial infections.  Malic acid also dissolves uric acid crystal deposits in joints causing gout. 

There are many claims made for Apple Cider vinegar helping lower blood pressure; decrease allergies; stimulate immune system; lower cholesterol, help with arthritis; and help with weight loss. 

Apple Cider Vinegar is considered an alkaline PH and therefore will help balance out an acidic body.  Acidity in our body is responsible for causing many of the problems that ail us. 

Here is a recipe to try.

● 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar**
● 2 tablespoons Honey  (warm up honey for better dissolving)
● 8 ounces of water

- Drink up to 3 times a day  (sip...don't guzzle)

- Start with once a day in the morning

**Make sure to get Organic, Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar.
