PMS -- Solutions for typical problems

"Many women have issues with PMS and all its associated symptoms.  This does not have to be the norm.  There are some basic things that can be done to help with these symptoms.

I recommend you have your hormone levels checked at about day 21 of cycle to see if your levels of estrogen, progesterone and testosterone are all in balance.  Testosterone levels that are too high at that time can cause irritability, blood sugar problems as well as acne and hairy chins!!

Also proper levels of estrogen and progesterone are important to maintain good mood and sleep during this part of your cycle. There are many herbs and enzymes that help balance these hormone levels throughout the month as well as diet ideas and minerals to help too.

It's amazing what a difference it makes to have a smooth transition throughout the month with our moods instead of the crazy ups and downs that PMS can cause."
