"Do you have aches and pains? Are you tired of taking Advil or Tylenol?

There are a lot of natural anti-inflammatories available to use that can help.

1. Curcumin - one of the main ingredients in Curry, is helpful in decreasing inflammation in the body. Usually 250-500mg 2-3 times a day.

2. Ginger has been used for centuries to help with digestion, decrease inflammation and get rid of nausea. Candied dried ginger is available readily at the store. You can also use pickled ginger or fresh ginger. Ginger tea is not as strong.

3. Boswelya is an herb that has been used to help the inflammation of arthritis. It is helpful for inflammation throughout the body.

4. White Willow Bark is the original Aspirin. Salicylic acid is derived from this plant and that is the main ingredient in Aspirin.  For people who have aspirin sensitivities you need to be careful but may not have problems with this form.

These herbs can really help decrease the inflammation in your body."
