Adrenal Health and Exercise -- Morning is best time to exercise to boost cortisol levels

When is the best time to work out for your adrenal health?  

Let�s say you�ve just had your adrenals tested and they are low.  The best time to work out is the morning!  Exercise raises cortisol levels and the morning is when you want your cortisol levels to be the highest.

Even if you can�t go to the gym, do some pushups, squats, Wii Fit or other exercises at home.

Get that blood moving in the morning and your adrenals will be happy!
