"All of our kids have started back to school which means
that they are all, once again, exposed to many more germs than they were during the summer. The kids are also inside a lot more and around each
other. This means more colds, flus and other infections that will spread throughout the household. This especially holds true for the younger
children.
To help protect the kids and yourself from getting as sick, make sure you and your child take your vitamins, drink lots of water and get plenty of rest.
