Constipation remedy -- a well-known mineral to help with the pain of constipation

Here is a tip that is difficult to talk about for some people.  Constipation.

All of us can have it from time to time but there are some people that have chronic problems with constipation.

Moving our bowels every day is important so that we get rid of toxins we dont need in our bodies.  If we dont move our bowels everyday we re-absorb some of those toxins.

Try taking some Magnesium before bed.  This will not only relax your muscles and help you sleep but it will help you have a bowel movement the next morning.  Try 400-600mg at night.

IF you get diarrhea or loose stools then the amount was too much for you.  IF you dont get any results from that dose you may be deficient in magnesium so give it a couple of days to get built up in your system.  Magnesium is used for many different metabolic processes in the body and a lot of us are deficient  in it.

There are many herbs that can be used to relieve constipation.  Some can be rather harsh and cause cramping in some people.  So if you need to use herbal laxatives then also use a little bit of magnesium to help decrease the cramping.
