"Breakfast is
truly the most important meal of the day. We are "breaking our fast" after we have slept all night.
Ideally we should eat within the first hour of
waking. This means that we start the day with protein, complex carbs and fats...NOT caffeine and sweets!!
Eggs make a great source of protein as well as soy, nuts and protein powders. Whole grain toast with organic peanut
butter and jelly and yogurt make a good combination also.
Take all your vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and other supplements in the morning too.
A good breakfast gets your energy up, makes your adrenals function better and is a great start to your day."
