"Do you think you don't need vitamins?
A lot of people think that
their diet is going to give
them all the nutrients they
need to maintain health. Think
again.
We don't
have the healthiest food any
more. See all the
reports about salmonella or
other bacteria that is in our
foods? We are more
stressed than ever, don't
sleep as well, have more heart
problems, diabetes and
obesity.
We are
nutrient deficient and need to
replace these nutrients with a
good supplement or vitamin
regime. We should all
take a 'good'
multi-vitamin/multi-mineral
supplement with our breakfast
and lunch. We should all take
Vitamin D, and Omega 3 fatty
acids and some extra Vitamin
C. These are some of the
basics. More might be
needed with other health
problems.
However,
vitamins don't replace good
eating. You can't eat
crappy food and expect your
vitamins to do the work.
If your diet is bad, then your
digestion is bad and you won't
absorb your vitamins very
well. You still have to
eat well but also take a good
vitamin and lots of good water
too."
