show on Detox.
Another good way to help
your body to detox is get
a massage!! Massage
therapy helps to push
fluid out the tissue
spaces, into the lymph
system and out of the
body. It also brings more
circulation to the muscles
and helps to get lactic
acid out of muscles and
stops them from being so
sore.
Massage has a lot of
beneficial qualities and
just helps you to relax.
Drink lots of water for
the next 24 hours after a
massage to help your body
clean out some of the
toxins that have been
pushed out of the tissues
and muscles.
Massage is great to do any
time but is you are doing
a detox make sure to get
massage a little more
frequently.
A lot of insurance
companies will cover
massage therapy and all
you need is a referral
from your doctor. |
