Many people arrive in my office having been told their labs are “normal” while still feeling exhausted, inflamed, or stuck. I specialize in finding the underlying patterns—hormonal, digestive, immune, nervous-system, etc—that keep the body from healing. I combine functional medicine with hands-on therapies (craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, osteopathic adjustments), and precise botanical medicine to create individualized care plans. Patients receive more face-to-face time, clear education, and practical tools they can use long after the visit. I earned my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University (2018) and a B.S. in Human Physiology from the University of Washington (2012). I teach botanical medicine formulation and clinical skills at Bastyr and precept fourth-year naturopathic students. I honor humanity’s longstanding relationship with medicinal plants as a natural extension of whole-person health and root-cause care.
